Rates for 2025
Enquire direct with the owner for details specifying the required dates and the number of people.
Pricing for the Lower House (sleeps 6 maximum) is from £900 per week for up to 4 guests, plus a small additional charge for a fifth or sixth guest. There is an additional £100 refundable security deposit. Weekly bookings are preferred but shorter stays are available in the quiet season Nov-Mar, and are usually about £135 per night. Bookings are available via Airbnb and Booking.com but these vary in price as commission is added, but have the convenience of online booking and access to the booking calendar on both to see if your required dates are available. Some months are booked out a year in advance, so best to book early to avoid disappointment.
I request £100 + £100 security deposit for each booking, the full balance payment due 1 month before arrival. There is no cleaning fee, the security deposit of £100 is refundable if the house is left clean, there are no breakages, and electricity useage is not excessive.
The Upper House (Sleeps 4 max) is available now for bookings.
The upper house will usually be Friday to Friday or Sunday to Sunday so changeovers do not clash with the lower house. Rates remain the same as the lower house.
The bothies are unavailable until further notice.
Please Note : Pets are not permitted in the house or garden at any time.
Additional information
Normally rentals are weekly and run from Saturday to Saturday however we are flexible as long as the booking is 7 nights. Shorter stay's may be available out of season or to fill calendar gaps - enquire for details.
The deposit is required at the time of booking; reservations are confirmed upon receipt of the deposit.
If you need to cancel or change your reservation, be sure to let us know as soon as possible. Your deposit may be refunded up to 2 weeks prior to your stay.
Because of extra Covid-19 cleaning time, check-in time is 5pm, check-out no later than 10am.
Normal Electricity usage is included in the price - Excessive use (like charging an electric car) will command an additional charge.
Free 30Mbps+ WiFi.
Free use of the Golf Course, including clubs & balls.
A comprehensive list of important information / things to do / places to eat etc will be sent on confirmation of your booking.
We now take bookings via Airbnb as well as direct with the owner.

Online
Online bookings are now being taken by using Airbnb, which is more expensive than dealing direct. This gives you access to the online calendar and you have the convenience of paying by credit card. I am currently investigating joining booking.com in preference to Airbnb.
